From what we do know, Aiden Malfoy is already occupying one of the many cells in Azkaban prison, even though his crime was only said to have taken place a mere two weeks ago. The details are kept secret, but the clandestine activities of Mr. Malfoy were something along the lines of being found by a Ministry Official in the forest after the curfew and was arrested on the spot. - March 1st 2017

An arrest was made regarding the mauling and death of student Braden Goldstein on Hogwarts Grounds at the Yule Ball. The suspect, now in Auror custody, was brought in for unnamed suspicious activities. Dorian Roden, 26 and Transfiguration Professor at Hogwarts was also revealed to be a Vampire and is now facing charges of Manslaughter as he awaits in Azkaban…

Remus Lupin was arrested after a random ministry raid on an unnamed location. Sources say that Lupin was participating in illegal activities and there may also be accusations of possible involvement of student attacks at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where his own children currently attend… - May 3rd 2017

Following the arrest of Aiden Malfoy from the school six years ago, many others have also been arrested and imprisoned in Azkaban either without trial, or without a fair trial. The old pureblood families of Britain have especially been victims to this new reformed Ministry that seems almost anti-pureblood in its regimes now. The New Ministry’s major aim is to finally rid Britain of the last few death eaters – and a preventative method is being used, rather than the Aurors waiting for a crime to happen. They are also attempting to integrate the Wizarding community with the Muggle community, and in this approach have recently instigated a law in which any marriages which occur within pureblood families will incur a heavy monetary penalty.

September is dawning in the world, and many ex-pupils of Hogwarts are now getting prepared to return to work instead of Platform 9¾. Some of them now have families or are attempting to climb the professional, possibly social ladders of society. And let’s not forget the new fresh faces that Hogwarts will see with the autumn term… In Hogwarts, house rivalry remains strong - not helped by the divide created by the Ministry between muggleborns and purebloods, whereas the agenda of those who are now out of the sheltered cocoon of school (and in the big bad world where surviving is tougher than it should be) is too keep out of trouble.

A steep rise in population within the past five years would shock any long time resident of Wizarding London. Foreigners from France, Greece, Canada, and even Cambodia have sought information, refuge, and help as a new surge of wizarding families have been found all over the world. Mixed blood and purebloods alike have been crossing over into the Isles as either temporary aid and unification or to live to attend the legendary Hogwarts school.

A shocking bomb threat was sent to the Ministry building early this morning and was just denounced a couple hours ago. This threat and other threats have been reported to be ignited by a cult, anti-establishment group the Walpurgis Knights. Reputed to be a relatively small, anarchical group, the Ministry still does not take their mostly empty threats and small shows lightly… - February 14th 2023

With the beginning of the new, 2023 academic year, there is still Hope lingering in the air. With the announcements of fair re-trials for those imprisoned without a fair trial in Azkaban, many families are eagerly awaiting the return of their loved ones, but for some of the inmates… they might not be wanted in society at all.
