Adrienne found herself outside today. The sun was mostly covered with clouds, casting a darker shadow on her and her surroundings. She had never really liked the sun that much. Unless she was at the beach. Then it was okay. Other than that, she preferred more dark surroundings. Her day had started out pretty good for once. She had gotten a good nights sleep, and her hair was co-operating today. It was in long curls, falling down between her shoulder blades. She had decided to wear her graffiti shirt today. She had gotten it done on a trip to New York over the summer. 'Adrienne' was spray painted artistically over the front, of it, but other than that the shirt was plain white. She had gotten the shirt with her friends from Beauxbatons. They had all vacationed together, courtesy of Adrienne's grandfather. All of the shirts matched, and were kind of like best friend necklaces, but in shirt form. She had silver hoop earring in her ears, and she was wearing a pair of tight blue jeans. Her favorite pair of jeans to be exact. On her wrist was a braid bracelet that Adrienne had made using gray, green, lime green, and black string. An ode to her new house. Black boots were on her feet.
Her eyes were looking around at the grounds of the school. She had already learned to maneuver her way around the inside of the castle, and now it was time to learn about the outside. The grounds themselves were gorgeous in her opinion. At Beauxbatons the grounds had been much smaller, though the castle more immense in size. She didn't really have to worry about getting lost, being used to a much larger castle. So far she hadn't really met anyone, and those she had met, it had only been a brief exchange of names. But listening to gossip she had learned quite a bit about the school. So far, she had gained that Gryffindors sucked and Slytherins were kick-ass. Worked for her. After all, Gryffindors had been looking at her like she was shit so far. She only felt it polite to return the favor.
It didn't take her long to find some gardens and settle down in them. She had always loved nature, so rather than finding a bench or something to sit on, she just layed right down in the grass and looked up towards the clouds. Yea, Adrienne felt like she was gonna like it here. She was used to moving around, so it shouldn't be that bad. She would make new friends, like she always did, and she would get involved in drama, like she always did. And she would probably get a boyfriend, like she always did, and they would probably break up, like they always had. Adrienne had yet to meet any guy that was 'different' from the rest. But who knows? Maybe she might meet someone that was different here. For now, she would just go with the flow. That usually tended to work.
