A small, scrap of a girl could be seen racing down from the castle, dropping a few things before she quickly retreated to pick up the fallen objects. Her performance was repeated as she froze before spinning around and darting back into the castle. After answering the question to enter the common room, heading up to her dorm, grabbing a roll of parchment,a quill, and ink, she dashed out again, almost breaking the bottle in her haste to get back to the lake.
It wasn't long, just an hour or so, before she finally made it back down to her spot that she had claimed long ago. Her long black hair was all over the place and she took a minute to pull it back out of her bright purple eyes before she settled down with her book, parchment, quill, and ink. She popped the book open to page nine hundred-and-twenty-six before she began to write.
Ather, for that was her name, had been hard pressed to finish her work inside when it was such a nice day outside. She'd almost gone insane with the longing to sit in the sun. She'd taken time to change out of her Grey skirt and top, with her blue and bronze tie, and slip on a pair of jeans that where two sizes to big for her, a belt, and a black shirt that bore the words, "We're all a little mad here," in sparky letters. Upon closer examination one would see that the letters had been charmed to flash different colors and every so often the Cheshire Cat would fade into being on her shirt, scamper around, flash a smile or two and then vanish again.
The sixth year, who was often mistaken for a first year, was busy chewing on her bottom lip as she tried to figure out what to write. She was working on her History of Magic report, her worst subject, and was charged to write a paper on the goblin rebels that was at least a roll of parchment. She cursed the teacher as she grumbled through her work. Normally she';d been down under her favorite weeping willow (which was where she just happened to be) that was right next to the lake with a good book. It could have been muggle fiction, a book on dragons (Merlin did she want one!), a book on Auror training (She was going to be one you know), or maybe a book on quidditch, what ever fancied her mood. But no, she was stuck doing her boring homework. Life was never fair.

A average sized girl walked briskly out to the lake. She had gotten bored and needed something to do... Anything...Inside was boring and the students kept eyeing her. She was also pissed at the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. "Asshole" She thought. "It would be nice to see him dead." Ana sighed knowing that would probably never happen unless...well we wont get into that.
"Wonder where my girlfriend is." She thought shrugging. She hadn't seen her all day. Maybe she was mad at Ana? Or sick. Or torturing some little kid. Ana grinned at her last thought. "I like that one"
As she walked she past I few students and rolled her eyes at them.. They were being dumb and immature. Well to Ana anyway. They were all just staring at Ana like she had something wrong with her or she was a circus animal. "Keep your eyes to yourself before I hex them out of you!" She threated them.
A slender hand went into her front pocket of her low cut tight jeans, and she left her hand set the with her thumb out. Ana smirked as she passed a girl at the willow try. She stopped walking and looked back. There was something about this girl. Something different about her.

Ather glared at the book before she tossed it into the air, quickly pulled her wand out( 12 inches, willow wood with the core of a right vampire fang. Kinda Ironic) and blasted the book into ashes. She gloated silently at the book, er, ashes as they fell. Now who's the boss?, the Russian girl questioned silently before she slumped down against the tree. She'd blown up her History of Magic book. Now she'd have to go and buy a new one!
Ather cursed herself aloud. Why was she so impulsive sometimes?! She needed that book! She glared down at the paper before ripping it in half with a growl. If her book was gone then she wanted the damn paper gone as well! She franticly ripped the paper into smaller and smaller pieces until it could be ripped no more. " What now, eh?" she grunted at the pieces as she sprinkled them into the wind. She crossed her arms over her chest as she muttered a mixture of hexes and curses.
It wasn't long before the Ravenclaw student had calmed down enough to berate herself even more and search her brain for a reversal spell. She couldn't use Repairo, the book and paper where too far gone to use that... What else could she use...?
